Refund and Returns Policy

At Beauty by Anii, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to provide high-quality products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Products that are used, damaged, or not in original condition will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or opened products
• Items purchased on sale or discount
• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, your refund will be processed
• Refund will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method (if applicable)
• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to be completed

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective
• Damaged upon delivery

If you need an exchange, contact us with product images as proof.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear pictures of the product

We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
